Acculevel 35% Leveling System

When 18% is not enough, the Acculevel 35% Hillside leveling conversion will fit the bill! Acculevel Ag 35% leveling conversion is a modular system that bolts to the combine axle in place of the final drives and is welded to the main frame. Final drives are relocated to the end of the pivoting main axle and are actuated with with two 5" bore hydraulic cylinders. The lateral tilt feeder house is controlled automatically with the master cylinder and has a manual over-ride feature controlled by the a button on the John Deere multifunction hydrostatic handle. It also allows for normal operation of automatic header height sensing.
Acculevel 35% Leveling Conversions feature the following:
- John Deere Approved Hillside Conversion
- Dual Lockout valves on leveling cylinders for added safety
- Package includes wheels and tires approved for 20% and greater slope operation
- Center pivot feeding
- Spiral tube finger feeding
- Variable grain tank capacity to prevent overloading
- Rear wheel drive warning indicator

Acculevel Control Systems
Control of the leveling system is a balance of hydraulic capacity and electrical control. From the very beginning in 1946, we have prided ourselves on our ability to do just that. Start with hydraulic control that has cylinders capable of leveling 2 times the load of the machine, grain tank, and header. Add built in dual load check valves that lock oil in place until unlocked by control oil and built in thermal relief protection. Valves, manifold, and filtration add control and long term reliability. Operation is simple with a joystick control, readout of leveling operation is on a screen in plain English. Have a problem? Use the on-board diagnostic procedures to help you and or the dealer fix your problem. Pulse-width valve operation is so smooth that you cannot feel the machine make leveling corrections. Safety is always our top priority at Acculevel. The seat switch is integrated to the system so the machine will not level in either manual or automatic without an operator in the seat. Additional safety features include a warning system that senses the slope (side to side as well as fore and aft), then limits the grain tank capacity on slopes over 20%. Also a rear wheel drive warning to warn the operator if the machine is going down a steep grade with the rear wheel drive still turned on.
Integration of controls
The design of the leveling system includes full integration of the automatic header height and contour-master lateral tilt system. This allows the customer to utilize the features available on the John Deere combine and header.
